We start with a fixed-fee meeting where we listen, explain the process and set out what it's likely to cost. Most of our clients reach an agreement without a court hearing.
Costs
We'll give you an estimate in writing and tell you straight away if it's likely to change.
About the fee
Fixed fee of £750 + VAT for the divorce application, plus the court fee. Financial matters are charged hourly at £220 + VAT, with an estimate up front.
