How it works
Once your offer is accepted, send us the estate agent's memorandum of sale and we'll open your file the same day. You'll get a client care letter with the fee, the name of the person handling your purchase and a short list of what we need from you.
What can slow things down
Long chains, leasehold management packs and new-build paperwork are the usual causes of delay. If something is holding things up, we'll tell you what it is and what we're doing about it.
About the fee
Fixed fee for a freehold purchase up to £250,000. Searches, Land Registry fees and Stamp Duty Land Tax are paid on top and listed on our fees page.
