How it works
We'll send you the property information forms as soon as you instruct us, so the contract pack can go to the buyer's solicitor quickly. Most delays on a sale come from forms coming back late, so we keep them short and help you fill them in.
On completion day
We pay off your mortgage, pay the estate agent and send the rest to your bank account the same day.
About the fee
Fixed fee for a freehold sale up to £250,000. Leasehold sales have a supplement, shown on our fees page.
